Book a call The price

One plan: A$249 a month, A$499 setup

Built, hosted and kept current for one monthly fee, GST may apply. The setup fee, the 12-month minimum term and everything the plan leaves out are on this page, not in the small print. No tiers, no promotions, no second price.

Five ways a salon keeps paying for a site that stopped working

The build was paid for years ago. The cost since then is measured in messages answered at the desk, prices explained twice and bookings that went to the salon up the road.

  1. The site was finished years ago and nothing has moved since

What it costs. Two seasons of old prices, a therapist who has moved on still smiling from the team page, and the lash lift you added in autumn missing altogether.

  2. Every small change is a favour or an invoice

What it costs. Holiday hours and a new price list wait for weeks, because nobody wants to chase the designer for a ten-minute job.

  3. The booking link broke when you changed booking tools

What it costs. The Book button opens an error page, and nobody at the salon finds out until a client mentions it at the desk.

  4. Hosting, domain, SSL and the builder are four bills and four logins

What it costs. A renewal lapses, the padlock disappears or the site goes down, and the first warning is a client who could not load the page.

  5. The site shows the salon but takes nobody to a booking

What it costs. It is a brochure with a phone number. Anyone looking after hours has nothing to do except leave and try the next salon.

How the monthly edits work

The part of the plan you would use every month. A salon's website changes as often as its menu, so the changes are part of the price.

One edit is one change

New prices, a treatment added or retired, changed hours, a new team member, a swapped photo or an updated policy. Each change to an existing page counts as one.

Up to 5 a month, included

No hourly rate and no separate invoice. Unused edits do not carry over, so there is nothing to bank or keep track of.

Send it in writing

The new price list, the policy wording or the photo, with a note of what should change. You never log in to anything.

Your words, laid out properly

We do not rewrite your treatment descriptions or add claims. What goes on the site is what you send, formatted to read well on a phone.

Bigger work is quoted first

A new section, a new feature or a redesign sits outside the monthly edits. You get the price before any work starts, and nothing is charged unless you agree.

What a month usually looks like

A price change, holiday hours, a new therapist profile, a seasonal treatment added and last season's retired. Five edits, done for you.

What you pay over three years

Worked out from the plan price alone, before any GST. The setup fee is paid once, so the first year costs the most. There are no renewal fees or price steps built in.

If the monthly fee ever changes after the minimum term, you get at least 30 days' written notice and can leave before it applies.

Plan cost by year: year one A$3,487 (12 months at A$249 plus A$499 setup), then A$2,988 a year. Three-year total A$9,463, GST may apply.

Why every price says "GST may apply"

The plan is sold to businesses only. The ACCC says a business displaying prices only to other businesses doesn't need to include GST 1 in the price. GST is added to an invoice only if the business supplying the plan is registered for GST when it invoices you, and GST is a tax of 10% on most goods, services and other items sold or consumed in Australia 2 is the rate that would apply.

Once registration is confirmed, this label changes on every page at once. If you are registered for GST yourself, your accountant can tell you whether you can claim it back.

What the price doesn't cover

  • Paid advertising, such as Google Ads or Meta ads, and the ad spend.
  • Logo or brand design.
  • Writing your content: you supply the words, photos and prices, and we lay them out.
  • Registering your domain name: it is registered in your business name and you pay the registrar.
  • Your booking software subscription: we link or embed the system you already use.

The plan against the other ways to get online

Salons usually weigh four choices. None is right for everyone, so here they are side by side, described in general terms rather than against any one company. The full comparison goes through the pros and cons of each.

Managed plan compared with a DIY builder, a one-off agency build and no website
This planDIY website builderOne-off agency buildInstagram or Facebook only
What you pay A$249 a month and A$499 setup, GST may apply A monthly builder subscription, plus your own time A larger upfront build fee, then hosting and paid changes Nothing for a site, but you work inside the platform
Who builds it We build it from your content You, from a template The agency, to a brief you write No site; posts and a profile only
Price and menu changes Up to 5 edits a month done for you You make them when you find the time Usually quoted or billed per change You post updates, which scroll away
Hosting, SSL and updates Included Included in most builder plans; updates are yours to check Often a separate hosting or care plan Not applicable
Commitment 12-month minimum, then month to month Usually monthly or annual billing Paid upfront, whatever happens next None, but the platform sets the rules

Setup, term and leaving, stated plainly

The parts of any website contract people wish they had read first. Here they are first.

Setup, invoiced when you sign up

A$499, once. It pays for building the site from your content: the menu, treatment pages, photos, Book button, policies, domain connection and launch.

Monthly fee, from the month you go live

A$249 a month, GST may apply, invoiced in advance. No monthly fee is charged while the site is being built.

Minimum term, 12 months

Counted from the day your site goes live, then month to month. It is stated here, on the appointment card and in the terms, never only in small print.

Ending the plan early

You can end it in writing at any time, but the fees for the rest of the 12-month term stay payable. That does not apply if we seriously breach the terms and do not fix it within 14 days of you telling us.

After the minimum term

The plan carries on month to month at the same price until you end it with written notice before the next billing date. Any price change comes with at least 30 days' written notice, and you can leave before it applies.

If you leave

Your domain is registered in your business name and the content you supplied is yours. We give you a copy of it and help point the domain wherever you choose.

The plan terms are the full agreement and apply to business customers only.

Worries worth raising before you book

The usual worries about money and commitment, answered plainly.

"The last designer took my deposit and I never saw a finished site."

The 14-day clock starts when we have your content, and the checklist tells you exactly what that is. The monthly fee doesn't start until your site is live.

"I'm not technical."

You don't need to be. You send words, photos, prices and your booking link. When something changes, you tell us, and the edit is made for you.

"Twelve months is a long time."

It is, which is why it's stated here, on the appointment card and in the terms rather than in small print. The term covers the build being spread over the monthly fee. After it, you can leave with notice before the next billing date.

"What if I want to leave later?"

Your domain is in your name and your content is yours. We hand over a copy of what you supplied and help you point the domain to a new host.

Questions about the price and the term

More answers on the FAQ page.

How much does the salon website plan cost?

A$249 a month plus a one-off setup fee of A$499, GST may apply. There is one plan and one price for every salon. In the first year that comes to A$3,487 before any GST, and A$2,988 a year after that if you stay on.

Is there only one plan?

Yes. No tiers, no introductory price, no promotions and no add-on fees for the things listed as included. A two-chair nail bar and a four-room skin clinic pay the same and get the same plan; what changes is the structure of the pages, which follows your own treatment list.

Will the website bring me more bookings or rank on Google?

No one can honestly promise that, and we don't. The plan gives you a fast, mobile-friendly site with your menu, prices, policies and booking button, kept current each month. How many people find it and book depends on your area, your reviews, your Google Business Profile and the rest of your marketing.

Are the prices shown with or without GST?

Without. The plan is sold to businesses only, and a business showing prices only to other businesses doesn't have to include GST in them. GST is added to invoices only if we are registered for GST when we invoice you, and the invoice shows it. Until that is confirmed, every price on this site says "GST may apply".

What does the setup fee pay for, and when is it charged?

The A$499 setup fee pays for building your site from your content: laying out your treatment menu, pages, photos, Book button and policies, connecting your domain and publishing it. It is invoiced when you sign up. The monthly fee is invoiced in advance each month, starting from the month your site goes live.

What if the site is never delivered?

If we can't deliver your site within a reasonable time after receiving your content, you can end the plan before it goes live and we refund the setup fee. Once the build has started, the setup fee otherwise pays for work already done, except where the law says otherwise.

Is paid advertising or social media management included?

No. Paid advertising such as Google Ads or Meta ads, the ad spend, and running your Instagram or Facebook are not part of the plan. We link your social profiles from the site.

What is in the monthly report?

A short summary of the enquiries your website received that month through its enquiry form, so you can see what the site is doing. Bookings made inside your booking tool are counted there, in its own reports, not in ours.

What counts as a content edit?

One change to something already on your site: new prices, a treatment added or removed, changed hours, a new staff member, a swapped photo or an updated policy. Up to 5 edits are included each month and unused edits don't carry over.

How long is the minimum term?

12 months from the day your site goes live. After that the plan runs month to month until you or we end it.

What happens after the first 12 months?

Nothing changes unless you ask. The plan continues at A$249 a month with the same hosting, edits and monthly report. You can end it by written notice before the next billing date. If we ever change the monthly fee, we give you at least 30 days' written notice and you can leave before it applies.

Can I cancel during the minimum term?

Yes, by written notice, but the monthly fees for the rest of the 12-month term remain payable. That doesn't apply if you end the plan because we have seriously breached the terms and haven't fixed it within 14 days of you telling us. The plan terms set this out in full.
